Four Months & First Fathers Day

Sophie made 4 months a week ago and I celebrated my first Father's Day with my daughter. She is almost 13 lbs now and double her weight and growing every single day. The other day she learned how to flip over from her back to her tummy and did so with great speed and delight. Before you know it she will be crawling and walking. People say that this time goes by so fast. I am so glad that my business is very flexible in this season so that I can work from home much of the time :) She is also learning how to grab things and laughs a lot and is very responsive to people especially her Popo's. She doesn't care much for new people carrying her and is definitely Daddy's girl :)

In this season she has decided that she doesn't like the bottle and will go for up to 8 hours without eating till Sandy gets home.... Mommy's girl as well. We have resorted to Sandy going to the office and I bring the baby in a few hours to the office for Sophie's feeding so that Mom can get some work done in the office. Sandy has started going back to work about 1 to a 1/2 days a week and does most of the care of our little gal. Sandy is an outstanding mommy and is very attentive to all of this little girls needs and anticipates all the things that she does need :) Amazing mommy :)

Well our girl is fast asleep tonight and usually sleeps through the night :)
